Quality Commitment

Every pump is bench-tested before it leaves Amritsar.

We don't certify what we don't test. Here's exactly what we check on every pump, every motor, and every panel before it's packed for despatch.

Test Procedure

Six checks. Every pump. Every despatch.

  1. 01

    Voltage tolerance bench test

Every motor is run on the test bench across the ±25% voltage band our pumps are rated for. Failed units don't leave the workshop.

  2. 02

    No-load current measurement

Each motor's no-load current is measured and recorded on the despatch card. Out-of-spec readings get re-wound before despatch.

  3. 03

    Insulation resistance check

Megger test on every stator. Readings logged on the test card so your dealer or rewinder has a baseline.

  4. 04

    Pump-motor coupling check

Each unit is coupled, primed, and run through a flow test before pack-out — not a sample.

  5. 05

    Standard PE-2 windings

We use standard PE-2 grade copper so the motor is rewindable by any local rewinder. No proprietary lock-in for your spares chain.

  6. 06

    12-month warranty at dealer point

If a pump fails inside 12 months, your dealer replaces it from their shop stock and we replenish on the next despatch — no return-to-factory wait for the end customer.

Ask for the data

Have a question about how we test?

Ask for our QA log on a specific HP or model. We'll share the test-card photo for the batch your pump came from.
