No return-to-factory wait. No paperwork shuffle. If a pump fails inside 12 months from despatch, your dealer swaps it from their shop stock and we replenish on the next despatch.
How a claim works
- 01Note the model code and despatch date
Printed on the test card that ships with every pump. If lost, your dealer has the purchase invoice.
- 02Take the pump back to your dealer
The dealer inspects and swaps it from their shop stock. No need to wait for a factory return.
- 03We replenish the dealer on next despatch
The dealer's stock count gets restored on the next routine despatch from Amritsar — no admin overhead for the end-customer.
- 04If your dealer is unsure
Send us a photo of the test card and the failure description on WhatsApp. We respond within business hours.
What's covered
- Motor winding failure inside 12 months
- Bearing failure inside 12 months
- Casing/impeller defects from manufacture
- Panel component failure (contactor, relay)
What's not covered
- ×Damage from voltage spikes beyond ±25% (use a stabiliser)
- ×Dry-run damage when dry-run protection wasn't fitted
- ×Mechanical damage from improper lowering / handling
- ×Wear and tear from sand-laden water without filter
