Both. A lot of our dealer network is single-shop pump and electrical retailers across India. We have margin tiers that work at both scales.
We suggest a starter kit sized to your typical weekly off-take — usually a mix of 1 HP, 1.5 HP and 2 HP V4 submersibles plus a few control panels. We work it out with you on the onboarding call, not via a fixed minimum.
12-month manufacturing-defect warranty. If a pump fails inside that window, you replace it from your shop stock and we replenish on the next despatch — no return-to-factory delay for your customer.
Quarterly stock review with our sales team. We swap slow-movers for fast-movers within reason — we'd rather help you turn stock than hold dead inventory.
