Prices, specifications and product availability shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. The binding price for any order is the one confirmed by our sales team in writing (email or WhatsApp). MOQ, lead-time and despatch terms are confirmed per inquiry.

Pump sizing recommendations

Any pump-sizing recommendation on this site (e.g. the “Help me choose” guide) is a general guideline. Final sizing depends on your borewell casing, water table, seasonal draw and electrical supply — please confirm with our team before purchasing.

Warranty

Our 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty terms are published on the Warranty Help page. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from voltage spikes, dry-run operation, or improper installation.

Use of the website
