FAQ
Questions we get most.
From voltage tolerance to warranty mechanics — the answers pump dealers and end-customers ask before they buy.
V3 fits a 3-inch (75 mm) borewell casing — narrow bore, used in older or domestic borewells. V4 fits a 4-inch (100 mm) casing — the most common size for agricultural borewells in India. V4 is the bulk of what we sell.
Our PE-2 wound motors are rated for ±25% voltage variation around 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase. This is what rural Indian grids actually deliver — not the 220-240V the spec sheet says.
Yes — we despatch pan-India through our dealer network and direct logistics. Same-week despatch for standard SKUs from Amritsar.
Yes. Our warranty model is straight-replacement at the dealer point: if a pump fails inside 12 months, your dealer swaps it from their stock and we replenish on the next despatch. The end-customer doesn't wait for a factory return.
We're working toward ISI on our V4 range. We're a 10-year-old SME and certifications take time and capex. We'd rather earn trust by bench-testing every motor and standing behind the warranty than print marks we don't hold.
Yes. We use standard PE-2 grade copper and standard stator dimensions, so any local rewinder can service the motor. No proprietary winding pattern, no special insulation, no lock-in.
Roughly: 1 HP for borewells up to 60m depth or small fields (1–2 acres). 1.5–2 HP for 60–100m depth or 2–5 acre fields. 3 HP+ for deeper borewells or larger fields. WhatsApp us your borewell depth, casing size and field size — we'll size it properly.
Yes — we build DOL panels and 3-phase panels to order, sized to your HP rating and with the protection set you specify (SPP, voltage cut-off, dry-run, single-phasing). Standard despatch in 7 working days.
No fixed minimum. We size a starter kit to your typical weekly off-take on the onboarding call. Most new dealers start with 5–10 pumps mixing HP ratings.
Send your shop details on WhatsApp. We have a quick call, work out a starter kit quote, and despatch in 7–10 days. Details on /distributors.
